Welcome Ramadan for Kids Event
Join us for a fun and educational Welcome Ramadan for Kids. This event is designed to engage children in learning about the significance of Ramadan through various activities! Saturday, March 2nd after Asr Prayer 4:30pm @ Islamic Center of Pittsburgh with Imam Hussain Kamara.
Activities Include:
- Halaqa (Ramadan discussion circle)
- Story Time: Engaging stories about Ramadan and its traditions
- Arts and Crafts: Coloring (please bring crayons or colored pencils. No watercolor paint!)
- Kahoot: Interactive quiz game to test knowledge about Ramadan. (Bring your device: Phone or tablet...)
- Questions and Answers Session: Learn about fasting and Ramadan practices
This event is open to children of all ages and backgrounds. Parents are welcome to accompany their children and participate in the activities.
Traditional clothing are encouraged!
