Message from the Imam

asSalaamu Alaykum all, 

We are still planning on having our Eid celebration in the park, and we can't wait to see you all.

Dress appropriately as you may be sitting on a wet surface for the takbeeraat and the khutbah (which I will likely hasten if it's raining). 

There will be tarps for early attendees, but we will be on an incline, so any water should run off. But as tarps are lumpy, there may be little pools of water. If it is raining or wet, think carefully whether you want to use a fabric prayer mat or one of the cheap travel ones may be better. Pack some light umbrellas as well for your families.
