Dhul Hijjah/Thursday Potluck Reminder

asSalaamu Alaykum Community Members, 

With the sighting of the new moon, the 10 best days of the year will begin for us tomorrow Friday June 7th. 

With that in mind, for any head of the household who is intended udhiyah on behalf of their family, it is recommended, according to some schools, based on Prophetic injunction, not to take from one's hair or nails until after sacrifice is completed. With that in mind, anyone who needs to trim anything should do so today before sundown.
