The ICNEF Board conducts meetings on the second Sunday of each month. These meetings are held at ICNEF at 11:00 am and open to ALL ICNEF memebers!

IMAM RAMADAN PROGRAMS
Dear Community members,
Peace, blessings and mercy of Allah be upon you
Alhumdulillah,
The blessed month of Ramadhan is just few days away!
Here are the details of programs we will have on this coming holy month of Ramadhan:
Ramadhan (2024) programs:
Taraweeh : praying in congregation, after Ishaa Salah, as early form of Tahajjud/ Qiyam ul Lail and will recite the whole Quran,
in 12 Rakaat each night
Tahajjud : Performing in congregation, at the last one third of each night in Ramadhan and will recite another (complete) Quran, (second Khatm). Also in 12 Rakaat each night
UNDERSTANDING QURAN :
Well learn the essence of the message of Allah, choosing one topic of Quran each night
a) After 4 Rakaat of Taraweeh
b) After Fajr Salah

Ramadhan competition for kids
O Allah grant us this Ramadhan, with better health and more stronger faith
Turn this Ramadhan better and more fruitful than all the previous ones we had
O our beloved Allah, allow us to catch Ramadhan, with ultimate blessings n faith, with complete submission (obedience) n peace, and by granting us enough strength to perform the deeds which You like and You are pleased with, through our pure intentions, verbally remembrance, actions and acting upon the guidance

RAMADAN SCHOOL PROJECT
As-salamu alaykum,
I'm pleased to announce that Ramadan is almost here, and it's time for us to collaborate on creating Ramadan Gift Baskets for our schools.
For those unfamiliar with this project, its purpose is to introduce the school staff and faculty to Ramadan, ensuring that our children are acknowledged, and we establish a presence in the community. We plan to provide them with a tray of goodies accompanied by a card containing information about Ramadan. Thanks to your support, last year's initiative was successful, and we are grateful to Allah and each one of you for making it possible. Insha Allah, this year, we aim to make it even better by reaching more schools than in previous years.

We also extended our outreach to most of the Jacksonville Public libraries, fire stations, and the Sheriff's Office. This initiative serves as an excellent form of dawah, so even if you don't have children in school, we encourage you to come forward and support.
Our objective is to deliver the gift trays to all schools by March 1st, before Ramadan begins on March 10th.
