Strategic Planning Process Underway!
Assalamu Alaikum Dear Community Members,
We are excited to announce the launch of the Islamic Center of Naperville's strategic planning process, a crucial initiative to ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of our beloved community.
Purpose:
The strategic planning process will help us collectively envision the future of ICN, set clear goals, and develop a roadmap for the next five years. Your participation is vital to ensuring that ICN's strategic plan reflects the needs and aspirations of all segments of our community and is an effective resource and roadmap for the years to come.
Process:
Over the next six months, we will be engaging with community members, staff, volunteers, and partners through surveys, focus groups, and town hall meetings. This inclusive process ensures that the voices of all stakeholders are heard and incorporated into our strategic plan.
The SPC is composed of dedicated members who will guide this process:
