Town Hall Meeting Postponed to March 8th

Dear ICN Community Members,

Assalamualaikum.

The upcoming community town hall scheduled for Feb 23rd has been postponed to March 8th.

The parable of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.

[Sahih Bukhari 5665, Sahih Muslim 2586]

Surah Al-Imran (3:103):

"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided."

Anas bin Malik (r) reported that the Prophet (s) said you will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I not guide you to something which, if you do, will foster love among you: Spread peace among yourselves." (Muslim)

In the light of the guidance provided with these words from Quran and Sunnah we believe that the feedback and concerns that were shared with us in the Board meeting on Feb 17th are currently of the utmost priority. We are currently focused on the concerns that have been raised.

We appreciate and value the trust our ICN community has placed in each and every one of us by electing us to serve as servants and representatives of the community. The goal of this new Board, since it started on Jan 1, 2024, has been to serve with an openness of mind and heart so that our community remains united and active as we strengthen our commitment to serving Allah SWT.
