Nomination of Trustees for ICM BOT Elections 2024

Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmtullahi Wa Barakatuh!
InshaAllah the 2024 ICM Annual General Body (AGB) Meeting and Board of Trustees (BOT) election will take place on Saturday, June 8, at 10 AM in the ICM Banquet Hall. Your attendance at the AGB meeting and participation in electing the BOT are crucial for the community's growth.
A meeting quorum of at least 40% of voting-eligible ICM members must be present at the annual general body meeting. Please be prompt in attending the meeting as failure to achieve quorum will result in a postponement of the meeting. While all community members are welcome, only those who have been paid members for 2023 and 2024 are eligible to vote. Absentee ballots will be provided for those unable to attend in person.
Three positions are open for election. Only eligible voting members can nominate candidates for BOT positions. Detailed instructions on how to nominate for BOT will be sent to voting members by the end of this week. Nominations will close at 10 pm on May 17. The last day to withdraw nomination is May 20, 2024.
To be on the election ballot, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Receive nominations from at least three eligible voting members.

Be a paid ICM member for the last 2 years.

Served as a volunteer for ICM for at least 2 years.

Confirm acceptance of their nomination with the election commissioner.
