Aayah of the Day
Surah Taubah: Ayat 71
(9:71) The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
Hadith of the Day
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet () said: Let one of you eat with his right hand and drink with his right hand, and take with his right hand and give with his right hand, for Satan eats with his left hand, drinks with his left hand, gives with his left hand and takes with his left hand.
(Sunan Ibn Majah 3266, Book 29, Hadith 16)
