Aayah of the Day
Surah Muhammad: Ayat 36
(47:36) This worldly life is no more than play and amusement. But if you are faithful and mindful of Allah, He will grant you your full reward, and will not ask you to donate all your wealth.
Hadith of the Day
Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib (ra) said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: 'The human does not fill any container that is worse than his stomach. It is sufficient for the son of Adam to eat what will support his back. If this is not possible, then a third for food, a third for drink, and a third for his breath."
