Time for NY State to recognize Eid Holidays!
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuh!
Dear Respected Members of ICLI Community,
Write to your State Representatives and ask them to co-sponsor legislation to make Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha holidays in NYS!
As Muslim New Yorkers we know how important Eid Holidays are to the Muslim Community. Right now, no Muslim Holidays are recognized across our State.
Regardless of whether your school district recognizes Eid Holidays or not, we need everyones immediate support!
