As salamu alaykum
Dear ICOI Community Members,

As we strive to facilitate a smooth and harmonious experience for all attendees of prayers at ICOI, please familiarize yourself with the following parking guidelines:

1. Barun Academy and Business Center Parking (DO NOT PARK):
   - Please be advised that the parking facilities at Barun Academy (located at 8 Truman) and the entire business center are strictly private and intended solely for the use of visitors and staff of the business center. ICOI staff, volunteers, and congregants are not permitted to park in these areas at any time.

2.  Chinese Center SCCCA Parking (Taraweeh Only):
   - Access to the Chinese Center SCCCA parking lot is reserved for individuals meeting specific criteria, including those with disabilities, elders aged 65 and above, and vehicles with 3 or more occupants (HOV) during Taraweeh prayers in Ramadan.
3. Overflow Parking at Our Lady of Peace Korean Church (Jumuah Only):
   - For Jumuah prayers, ICOI has arranged overflow parking at Our Lady of Peace Korean Church. To show consideration for our neighbors, we kindly request that you drive cautiously and utilize parking spaces furthest away from their building (closest to Roosevelt). Shuttle service is provided free of charge from this location during Jumuah.

4. Albertson's Shopping Center Parking:
   - When parking at the Albertson's Shopping Center, please utilize the designated spots assigned to ICOI behind the building and along both sides of the center, including those on the side of Kohl's along Trabuco. Parking in other areas of the shopping center may result in the loss of our allocated spots.

5. Street Parking and Additional Options:
   - Limited street parking is available on public residential streets near ICOI, including Hayes and Huntington off of Roosevelt. Additionally, parking is accessible at Cypress Community Park (255 Visions, a 10-minute walk). Please refrain from parking at Northwood Villas, as it is a private complex.

6. Traffic Considerations:
   - Anticipate heavy congestion on Truman during Jumuah and at Ishaa time during Ramadan. To minimize traffic disruptions, we recommend bypassing Truman and proceeding directly to the alternate parking locations mentioned above.

Your cooperation in adhering to these parking guidelines is crucial. Failure to comply not only jeopardizes our current parking arrangements but also impacts the entire community.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a seamless prayer experience for all.

Warm regards,

ICOI Administration
