  • Total Cost of the Solar Project: $100,000 (39.5 KW Roof Mount Solar System, 40 KW Battery Storage)
  • Expected Utility Bill Offset: 85-90% (and potentially more)  Annual Savings of 22-23K.
  • Return on Investment (ROI): The ROI for this project is anticipated to be less than 3-4 years, making it a wise investment for our community's future.
  • Donation Opportunity: We are reaching out to our valued ICOI members first to contribute towards this initiative exclusively for the next five days. After this period, the donation window will be open to the rest of the community.
  • Project Timelines: It's important to note that the project will not kick-off until the target donation is met. Once the fundraising goal is achieved, the installation process is expected to take approximately 3-4 months to complete.

 
We believe in transparency and accountability, and thus, we will only raise funds for the required amount. Once the target is met, we will cease further fundraising efforts for this project.

Additionally, were pleased to inform you that as part of this initiative, we are eligible for federal rebate and battery incentive (if available) on the solar installation.
