As we stand on the threshold of the blessed month of Ramadan, only two days away, we, at ICOI, wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your remarkable participation in the "Power Up for Ramadan Campaign." This initiative was a collective journey aimed at spiritually preparing us for the holy month through nurturing our souls with the Quran, strengthening through fasting, and purifying with Salawat on Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It fills our heart to say that, as a community, we have not only met but wonderfully surpassed these goals.
This year, our theme for Ramadan is inspired by the exemplary gratitude of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), who, despite being forgiven, exerted his utmost capacity in worship and when asked why, he humbly replied, "Shall I not be a grateful servant!" This profound statement is a powerful reminder for us all to enter Ramadan with a heart full of gratitude and humbleness towards Allah (SWT), acknowledging the countless blessings He has bestowed upon us.
Let us take this mindset into every act of worship, every fast, every prayer, and every moment of reflection during Ramadan.
