Friday Night Kids Mini Hajj - June 14th
Due to the overwhelming demand for this event, we have expanded our registration and made some exciting changes to the program. We will have different craft stations that will guide the kids step-by-step through the events of Hajj. Following the crafts, we will have a mini reflection session and give the kids the opportunity to circle around a mini Kaabah.
Please click the flyer below to register if you haven't done so already.
After the Kids Mini Hajj, we will conclude the evening with a beautiful reflection on the Day of Arafa by our esteemed Ustadh Hassan Elwan, which will take place right after Isha Prayer.
Saturday, Day of Arafah - June 15th
On this blessed day, the community is encouraged to fast in accordance with the hadith of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):
"The fast of the day of Arafa expiates the sins of two years, the past one and the coming one." [Sahih Muslim]
We will come together for a Potluck Iftar to break our fast. Please click the flyer below to sign up for a dish. If you are unable to cook or join us, you can also contribute to the Arafa Day Iftar event through donations using the link below.
