Introducing Empire Gym - A New Addition to the ICOI Village
Salam Dear ICOI Community Members,
About a month ago, we introduced STEM Academy as the first operator of the ICOI Village - which is what we are calling our new buildings and expansion project. We promised to keep introducing more operators as they become ready to start operations. Today, we are thrilled to announce the soft opening of Empire Gym, our community's new fitness and martial arts center dedicated to promoting strength and well-being.
We are honored to have Empire Gym open its second location in Orange County right here in the ICOI Village, with its first successful location in Buena Park. The Empire Gym team, led by the accomplished Sabha brothers, Omar and Mustafa, brings a wealth of experience and expertise. Professor Omar is a third-degree black belt, Pan American and Master Worlds title winner, has won gold medals in over 50 competitions, and has over 15 years of teaching experience. Mustafa is a black belt holding multiple world champion titles. We are truly blessed to have such a dedicated and skilled team at the helm of our new Empire Gym.
While the full gym facilities, including exercise machines and equipment, will be available later this year, InshaAllah, once renovations are completed, we are starting with a soft opening that includes a variety of martial arts and fitness classes. Classes are scheduled to commence after Ramadan on Sunday, April 14th, InshaAllah.
Our classes are designed to cater to everyone in our community, with separate sessions for women, men, and youth. We want to emphasize that our women's classes are conducted in a private setting, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all participants. We believe in the importance of wellness and strength, as echoed in the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both."
During this initial soft opening phase, we are offering exclusive promotional pricing of approximately $120-$180/month per class. Please note that the final pricing will be determined based on several factors, including your ICOI membership status, the number of registrations per household, the number of classes you enroll in, and the frequency you want to attend per week. We are dedicated to working closely with each household to find the perfect balance between cost and service, ensuring that our fitness and martial arts offerings meet your needs and expectations.
