In partnership with MSU’s Muslim Studies Center and African Studies Center the 2024 Global Voices Essay Contest is open to 15-24 year old citizens of Middle East and North African nations (see eligible nationalities/groups below). We invite youth to share their stories in order to raise awareness, amplify their voices, and inspire others.
CIEE, the Council for International Educational Exchange is seeking to place exchange students from countries that are Muslim with Muslim Host Families.

The Community Integrated Medical Student Association from MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine will be offering free health screening including advice on early disease detection and prevention, nutrition recommendations. You can ask any health related questions or concerns you may have, get your Glucose Levels and Blood Pressure checked, get a free eye exam and determine your Body Mass Index.

A scholar of Islamophobia at Michigan State University is conducting a study to understand how anti-hijab laws affect the lives of Muslim women, focusing on perceptions of discrimination, feelings of safety, and sense of belonging and inclusion.
If you're interested in participating in a brief 30 minute interview, please answer a few short questions and provide your contact information via the link below and you will be contacted to schedule a one-on-one interview at your convenience.
Your answers will remain confidential and will be anonymized in any research report that stems from these interviews.
