We wish Imam Sohail a blessed Hajj Pilgrimage
Imam Sohail Chaudhry has embarked on a journey to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. We wish him a blessed pilgrimage and a safe return.
Imam Sohail's weekly programming will resume upon his return at the end of this month.
When is Eid al-Adha?
According to our calendar, Eid al-Adha is expected to be on Sunday, June 16. This date however could change as it is determined based on the day of Arafa'a as determined by the Hajj authorities. The final date will be known by June 7th insha Allah.
We will pray Eid al-Adha at the Eastern Athletic Fields - 400 N Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48912. More details to follow later insha Allah.
Blood Drive at the Islamic Center - Friday, June 7 | 12pm to 6 pm
We encourage you donate blood to help save lives. Your blood could save a life and to save a life is like saving all of humanity according to our teachings.
So please plan on making a blood donation this Friday insha Allah. See pictures from our past blood drives.

Girls' Night In | 9:30 pm, Sat June 8 to 7:30 am Sun June 9
Upcoming youth girls event at the masjid ages 7-12, girls ‘sleep-in’ on June 8 from 9:30pm - June 9 at 7:30am.
$22 per girl, Only 20 spots available (to reserve click on the link above).
Girls will arrive, have a late night snack, watch a film, have an activity, pray and then sleep, then we will wake for Fajr pray and have breakfast before pick up.
A tent, and air mattress, sheet, and tray will be provided to each girl. They will need to bring a water bottle with their name on it, a throw cover, pillow, and sleep/prayer items. Deadline to reserve is June 5 at 9:00pm.
