We are thrilled to announce the launch of our membership drive at the Islamic Center of East Brunswick (ICEB)! As we continue to grow and serve our community, we invite you to become a part of our mission by joining ICEB as a member. Your involvement and support are crucial as we enter an exciting new phase with the construction of our new masjid, Alhamdulillah.

• Support Our New Masjid: Your membership will directly contribute to the maintenance and operational expenses of our new masjid, ensuring it remains a welcoming place for worship and community activities.
• Future Imam: We are planning to hire a new Imam to provide spiritual guidance, lead prayers, and offer educational programs. Your membership will help partially fund this important addition to our community.
• Youth Engagement: One of the critical purposes of our masjid is to engage our youth. We are dedicated to providing programs and activities that inspire and educate the younger members of our community, helping them grow into responsible and devout Muslims.
• Community Engagement: Participate in social events to foster a sense of belonging and unity.
• Spiritual and Educational Growth: Access our religious programs, including daily prayers, Jumu'ah services, Quran classes and spiritual and educational lectures.

Introducing Membership Fees:
 
To support the ongoing maintenance and growing expenses of our new masjid, including the hiring of a new Imam, we are introducing a nominal membership fee. However, these fees will only cover part of the costs. We will still need additional donations from the community to fully support the masjids operations and services.
 
Membership Options and Benefits:

• Family Membership: $250 per year (includes two votes)
• Adult Individual Membership: $150 per year (includes one vote)
• Senior Citizen Membership (62 and older): $50 per year (includes one vote)
• Youth Membership (under 25): $50 per year (includes one vote)  

Benefits for All Members:

• Voting rights on key issues in general assembly meetings and annual elections
• Discounts on event tickets and classes
• Priority registration for special events
• Discount on EV chargers  

Additional Donations Needed:
 
While membership fees help us with a portion of the costs, we still rely heavily on the generosity of our community to run the masjid. Your additional donations are vital for:

• Covering the remaining operational and maintenance expenses
• Supporting community programs and events
• Enhancing our educational and spiritual offerings
