Assalam Alaikum Mp!
With the passing of Ramadan, we find ourselves immersed in a bittersweet atmosphere, bidding farewell to cherished moments of reflection, worship, and community.
Yet, as one blessed month concludes, another begins, ushering in a new opportunity for spiritual growth and renewal.Ramadan, with its soul-stirring nights of prayer and days of fasting, has left an indelible mark on our hearts and souls.
Its departure leaves us longing for its presence, its tranquility, and its blessings.
However, let us not dwell solely on what has passed, but let us look ahead to what lies before us.Welcome to the month of Shawwal, a time of continuation and perseverance in our spiritual journey.
As we bid farewell to Ramadan, let us remember that the essence of our faith transcends any single month or moment.
It is in Shawwal that we can extend the blessings of Ramadan into our daily lives.
One of the most remarkable ways to do this is by observing the six fasts of Shawwal, a practice beloved by our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
These six fasts, when observed consecutively or intermittently throughout the month, carry immense rewards and blessings.
In the days ahead, let us strive to emulate the spirit of Ramadan, fostering unity, compassion, and devotion within our community. Together, let us make the most of Shawwal, harnessing its potential to elevate our faith and draw nearer to Allah.

Just as we take care of our homes, it is equally important to dedicate time to the service of the masjid.
Please consider filling out the Volunteer link in the area of your interest, or you may directly contact any masjid volunteers.
Here are some opportunities for volunteering:
- Jumu'ah set up: 12 PM to 2 PM
- Jumu'ah traffic control: 12:30 PM to 2 PM
- Assisting with donation boxes
- Clean up after Jumu'ah
Your contribution will greatly benefit the masjid and the community.
