TONIGHT: LAST CLASS + TEA AND DESSERT!
SEERAH STUDIES, PART 1: THE MECCAN YEARS
WEDNESDAY | 7:30 PM EST
GCASL Building
IC Prayer Room (472)
238 Thompson St., 4th Fl.
+ YouTube Livestream
Join Imam Khalid Latif this Wednesday for the last class of his two-part series on the extraordinary life of Prophet Muhammad () as he draws valuable lessons from it for Muslims in modern times. We'll also learn how our understanding of God and His Attributes and Islamic law evolved from revelation and the day-to-day experiences of the early Muslim community.
Since this will be our last class before Ramadan break, we'll be serving tea and dessert! We encourage you to bring additional treats to share with your fellow community members! All are welcome!
NOTE: All of our in-person halaqas, classes, and events are open to everyone. However, non-NYU community members must submit our Building Access Form prior to arriving. If the form is not submitted, you will not be able to enter the IC building. Upon arrival, guest will need to present a physical, government-issued photo ID to gain access to the IC building. Photos or digital copies of IDs will not be accepted. No exceptions.
We look forward to seeing you all there, insha' Allah!
