*NOTE: Our events are open to everyone. All visitors must RSVP to attend in person. Non-NYU community members must also request in-person access via our Building Access Form before arriving. If the form is not submitted, you will not be able to enter the IC building.
Upon arrival, visitors will be required to present a physical, government-issued photo ID to gain access to the IC building. Digital copies will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Join us this Friday at 1:15 PM EST for another blessed Jumu'ah prayer with an uplifting and heartfelt khutbah from Imam Khalid Latif.
Allah has ordained Friday (Jumu'ah) as a blessed day of gathering and reflection for us, the 'ummah of Muhammad , so come and spend this special day with your brothers and sisters here at the IC.
Jumuah is open to everyone, but non-NYU community members must get approval from the Building Access Form.
NOTE: Imam Khalid Latif is traveling this week, so we will have a special guest khateeb to deliver the khutbah in his place, insha' Allah.

Join Yousra and Reham every Friday at 3:30 pm for our Womens Halaqa as we learn more about the female companions of the Prophet () who shaped much of our religions history with their faith, warmth, creativity, leadership, and diversity.
Who better to take as role models?! Join us as we grow in our love for and draw incredible lessons from the lives of Khadijah, Um Habiba, Sumaiyah, and so many more (may Allah be pleased with them all).
No prior knowledge needed; open to students and community members of all ages. These discussion circles are intended to foster a safe space for sisters to share, learn, and grow together as we think about how topics such as mental health, boundaries, hijab, salah, goal setting, and more relate to His attributes. No prior knowledge needed!

Ustadh Sohaib is a hafiz of the Qur'an and new grad student at NYU.
This class is aimed to help students build a foundation of tajweed, learn to recite the Quran with proper pronunciation, and implement the essential tools to carry forth the tradition of passing on knowledge.
Students with any level of Quranic/Arabic knowledge are encouraged to join, even if you have no familiarity at all. No prior knowledge is necessary.
NOTE: Saturday and Sunday's classes will cover the same material. Once you have registered, you will receive the Zoom link sometime before the class begins, not immediately after registering.
