NOTE: All of our in-person halaqas, classes, and events are open to everyone. However, prior approval from the Building Access Form is required for all non-NYU community members.
Please submit the form before you arrive, as it will take time to process. Upon arrival, you must present a physical, government-issued photo ID to gain access to the IC building. Digital copies will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Please join us at the IC on Wednesday, January 3 at 6 PM EST for our next Latino Muslim Meet-Up!
The Latino Muslims at ICNYU was founded in 2023 with the goal of elevating the voices of our growing and diverse Latino Muslim community and educating others about our faith, its rich history, and its vibrant expression across so many cultures throughout the Spanish-speaking world.
Our meet-ups are meant to bring together our Latino-identifying community members to get to know one another, discuss what this initiative means to them, and get feedback on how the IC can best serve their needs.
Come as you are and feel free to bring your family as well. Refreshments will be served!
NOTE: Due to limited space and the nature of our discussions, this event is meant to provide space for those members of the IC community who identify as Latino.

Join us this Friday for another blessed Jumu'ah prayer with another uplifting and heartfelt khutbah.
Allah has ordained Friday (Jumu'ah) as a blessed day of gathering and reflection for us, the 'ummah of Muhammad , so come and spend this special day with your brothers and sisters here at the IC.
Jumuah is open to everyone, but non-NYU community members must get approval from the Building Access Form.
NOTE: Imam Khalid Latif is traveling this week, so we will have a special guest khateeb to deliver the khutbah in his place, insha' Allah.

Join us for toddler-friendly dhikr, songs, crafts, story time, and more.
Priority will be given for children 5 and younger. For children registered who are older, if space is available we will let you know.
Mothers, fathers and other caregivers are welcome to join. One adult must be present and participating for the duration of the class with a minimum of one adult per two children and a maximum of two adults per child.
Each class will be approximately 45 min - 1 hour of structure with some time for open play. We will provide a small snack for each child. Please bring reusable water bottles.
Each class will require its own registration and will be limited to 20 children so if you can't make it to one class, you will have the chance to attend another. Registration will be first come first serve. You will receive an email confirming your registration within a few days and all others will be placed on a waitlist. If you can't make a class, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the spot to another child.

Join Yousra and Reham every Friday at 3:30 pm for our Womens Halaqa as we learn more about the female companions of the Prophet () who shaped much of our religions history with their faith, warmth, creativity, leadership, and diversity.
Who better to take as role models?! Join us as we grow in our love for and draw incredible lessons from the lives of Khadijah, Um Habiba, Sumaiyah, and so many more (may Allah be pleased with them all).
No prior knowledge needed; open to students and community members of all ages. These discussion circles are intended to foster a safe space for sisters to share, learn, and grow together as we think about how topics such as mental health, boundaries, hijab, salah, goal setting, and more relate to His attributes. No prior knowledge needed!
NOTE: This event is open to all women and is in-person only. It will not be livestreamed.
