Tareks projects are focused on human rights and social justice issues. This unwavering dedication is vividly reflected in his feature documentary debut of 36 Seconds: Portrait of a Hate Crime. The film recently celebrated its world premiere at the DOC NYC film festival, in the U.S Competition. Through the lens of this impactful documentary, Tarek Albaba continues to be a powerful voice in cinema, weaving stories that not only captivate audiences but also advocate for a more just and compassionate world.

IC Professionals (ICP) represents an exciting programmatic initiative by the Islamic Center at NYU. Since 2011, our mission has been to mobilize Muslims across New York City, catering to their unique spiritual, professional, service-oriented, and social needs.
