Menahal Bagawala is an NYU alum and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in NY and NJ. She is the founder of Haven Mental Health Counseling, a private practice specializing in helping adults and couples looking to heal and grow in their personal and professional lives as well as in their relationships through trauma informed care.
Menahal completed her Islamic studies through the Al-Huda Institute and has an ijazah in Qur'anic recitation. Menahals passion is to bring awareness of mental health and inner healing to the Muslim community as a means of helping people deepen their connection to their inherent self-worth as a means to deepen their connection to Allah.

COMMUNITY ACCESS FORM
If you are not a current NYU student, faculty, or staff member, you must request in-person access via our Building Access Form before arriving. If the form is not submitted, you will not be able to enter the IC building.
Upon arrival, all visitors will be required to present a physical, government-issued photo ID to gain access to the IC building. Digital copies will not be accepted. No exceptions.
