Showcasing the Intellectual Dishonesty of Atheism and Hyper Materialism

﷽
In the Qur’ān, Allāh addresses believers, Christians, Jews, Pagan, practically every group of people you can think of. What it doesn’t acknowledge is atheism. From a foundational point of view, the Qur’ān not only rejects the notion there being no god but that the human being is inherently, by design, a faith-based creation. The only question therefore the Qur’ān seeks is: who, or what, are you worshiping?

The following video is a discussion on the psycho-foundational aspects of atheism. I constructed my argument by drawing parallels between atheism and the behavior of an unruly child, its worldview and truth-claims amounting to little more than a temper tantrum. I use some real-world examples, demonstrating how atheism can be framed more of a rejection of authority, like a child frustrated with boundaries, where the rejection of truth cannot be divorced from inconveniences those truths place on them. In the end, I assert that atheism can be more aptly defined as an obstinate and juvenile opposition to belief rather than a constructive worldview of its own.
