Ramadan Mubark from the ISGH President, Emran Gazi
It has been an honor and pleasure visiting many of our Masajid during this blessed month of Ramadan. This has given me the opportunity to meet our Imam’s, Associate Directors, leadership teams, volunteers and families. I ask that Allah accept your fasting and dua’s and grant you success. May Allah have mercy on those suffering in Gaza, Yemen, Sudan, Kashmir, Rohingya and other countries where the Muslims are suffering, Ameen.
I want to share with you a few of our goals as we go forward, continuing our efforts in the establishment of Aqamat-e-Deen (establishment of the Islamic System of Life).
- Foster Unity among the Muslim Ummah in Houston
- Collaborate effectively with current Imams, administration and staff to optimize operations
- Provide a supportive and accessible environment for youth leadership development
- Enhance and support the development of Islamic Education Institute of Texas (IEIT) network of schools
- Simplify membership and election procedures to make them more community friendly
- Leverage technology to improve communication, streamline administrative processes and expand community outreach
- Encourage other masjids and centers to affiliate with ISGH, fostering collaboration
ISGH Education Committee
