Full-Time Hifz Program

Assalam Alaykum ISCJ Community,
Following the teaching of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ who said: “The best among you is the one who learns the Qur’an and teaches it.”
The Qur’an Academy is excited to open the registration for a new cohort of the full-time memorization (Hifz) program for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Eligibility Criteria:
For admission to the program, the following criteria will be applied:
1. Age: At least 6 years old
2. Fluent readers are preferable and can start memorizing the Qur’an immediately. Those who need to learn how to read still can apply as well.
3. All applicants will be subject to a personal interview and placement test.
Target number of days and hours: Five days a week Sunday to Thursday.
Tuition Fees: On average $550 per student per month (more details to come about families with multiple students)

ISCJ Welcomes Our New Quran Hifz Program Instructor,
Shaikh Samir Arafa
We are excited to welcome Shaikh Samir Arafa to our team!
Sh. Samir has been an esteemed Imam (Qari) and Quran teacher at ISMC (Masjid Al Amman) in New Jersey since 2013. He has led the Taraweeh prayers at ISMC since then and holds a Quran Ijazah from Al Azhar as well as from other esteemed scholars.
Sheikh Samir has also been instrumental in running Quran recitation and memorization programs at ISMC.
We look forward to his contributions to our Quran Hifz Program!
