Saturday, November 2nd, 9:30am-10:45am. Learn about healthy eating, active habits, importance of active life and discipline from Islamic perspective. Includes 30min age-appropriate body-weight workout session with professional fitness experts from Revamp Training. Ages 13-18 years old. Separate girls and boys group. Lunch will be served afterwards.
