Join ISAK for First Serves Annual Day of Service and make a positive impact on the North Hill Community. Participate in a variety of projects, from painting to food and market tours. This event includes projects for all ages and encourages youth involvement. Volunteers will receive a First Serve shirt and be provided a complimentary lunch.

Womens Community Dialogue

Exploring Truths & Dispelling Myths About Women in Islam

Join ISAK, Akron Masjid, the Women's Interfaith Spiritual Heritage (WISH), and the Akron Area Interfaith Council (AAIC) for a community dialogueexploring the truths and dispelling myths about women in Islam!This dialogue is only open to women and girls who are of high school age or older.

This event empowers Muslim women to freely and authentically share what practicing Islam means to them. It offers others a chance to gain a deeper understanding of their practices, ask questions, and learn about the significant role women play in Islam, all while challenging common misconceptions. Join us in changing the oppressive narrative often portrayed about Muslim women in Western society!

Cuyahoga County is one of the largest investors in Israel Bonds in the United States, with a $16 million portfolio. This investment stands out as it is the only instance where local tax dollars are directly allocated to a foreign government. These funds could otherwise be utilized for significant local improvements, such as health, education, housing, food security, and environmental initiatives in Greater Cleveland. If you live in Cuyahoga County, sign this petition!

Akron Masjid Online Quran Hifz Program

Time: Weekdays & Weekends, 9 AM - 7 PM

Join Akron Masjid's Online Quran Hifz and Recitation Program, a wonderful opportunity for both children and adults to learn the Quran. Qualified Hafiz, both male and female, will lead the classes, available in both group and individual formats. Those living within 20 miles of Akron Masjid are encouraged to participate in the in-person classes if applicable.

Show your support by wearing kuffiyehs and bringing signs, Palestinian flags, and water. Lets raise awareness and advocate for Palestinian justice and freedom.

Sabrin Alsheikh works with HEAL Palestine; a humanitarian organization committed to holistic healing Palestinian communities. Currently, her family resides in Gaza and is unable to leave.
