Dear Community Members,

1. This registration form is for new or waiting-list students, ages 4 to 14 only.

2. Please read and acknowledge all items under Iqra Rules and Parent Responsibilities.

3. A registration fee of $50, plus the first months fee of $30, is due at the time of registrationtotaling $80 per student.

Note: If we are unable to reserve a seat for your child, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Seats are limited and acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please be aware that we are currently near full capacity due to returning students, therefore

your child may be placed on the waiting list.

5. To place your child in the appropriate level, an evaluation will be conducted by a member of the Iqa
