Asalamualaikum,

And just like that, A week of Ramadan just passed by. It just felt like yesterday we gathered for the first night of Taraweeh. Didnt yesterday feel like the first night of Taraweeh or first day of fasting? 

Make most of the time you have left of this Ramadan. Alhamdullilah, our community has many programs and activities this Weekend.

RAMADAN REMINDERS

Ramadan Calendar Available in magnet format at the Masjid, digital format on our website, and attached to the Friday newsletter.
Parking Guidelines Please follow all parking rules and the directions of volunteers and staff. Do not park in drop-off zones or fire lanes.
Daylight Savings Will impact Suhoor, Iftaar, and Salah schedules. Check the Ramadan calendar for updated times.
Respect & Courtesy Follow volunteer and staff directions and be mindful of fellow worshippers.

COMMUNITY IFTARS

Every Thursday Evening
Suggested donation: $200 per family of 4 Donate Here (30% goal reached)
Registration Opens: Sundays at 12 PM for 350 spots Register Here

PARKING: TARAWEEH & JUMMAH

Park at Blue Valley Church if you can walk to reduce congestion.
ICJC Lot Priority: For elderly & carpoolers (3+ people).
New Parking Rules:

  • East Entrance closes 10 min before Iqama (or earlier if full).
  • West Entrance remains open for parking until full, then converts to drop-off only.

CONSTUCTION ZONE

Salsabeel: Construction has begun on the south side, please stay away and go around. 

CHILDREN & MINORS

All minors (under 18) must remain under parental supervision.
Prayer Hall Etiquette: Children should remain with parents and not disturb others.
Parents with young children (7 & under) will pray in the Banquet Hall Classroom during Isha & Taraweeh.
Designated Play Areas Soccer Field & Playground (under parent supervision).
Coffee Shop - Moved to Top Floor of Salsabeel. Open after 8 Raka of Taraweeh on Friday and Saturday this weekend
Youth Cart - Open after 8 Raka of Taraweeh outside

Masjid Minis Try Different Iftars from Around the World Welcome to Masjid Minisa fun and engaging series where kids explore Ramadan in a creative way! Our goal is to help children connect with their faith, learn about Muslim traditions, and build a love for the masjidall while having fun! In this episode, our young hosts try Iftars from different cultures and discover how Muslims around the world break their fast.
