In 2040....Who will be making the Khatm al-Qur'an Du’a? Will Our Masajid Be Full?
Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullah,
Alhamdulillah, many of us came to this country with a dream, to work hard, provide for our families, and build a better life. And now, by the grace of Allah, we and our children are enjoying the blessings of that effort. Our masajid are built. Our homes are stable. We break our fasts in comfort. But all of this came from the blood, sweat, and tears of those before us.
As we anticipate this blessed night, I keep thinking... twenty years from now, in 2040... Who will be making the Khatm al-Qur'an Dua? Will our masajid be filled during Tarawih? Will our next generation be sitting in Itikaf the way we are today?
This is a question we don't just need to think about but act upon. If we want this blessing, peace, and legacy to continue, then we must work collectively to start laying the foundation now.
Thats the whole reason DarusSalam Foundation came into existence. To build a place where we can raise the next generation. A place where our children and grandchildren can learn their deen properly, find good teachers, and grow up being a proud and confident Muslim.
We only have a few nights left of Ramadan. If Allah has given you the ability, and your heart carries the same concern as mine, then I humbly ask you to support this mission. Not just for today, but for the many decades to come.
I pray that Allah swt helps our brothers & sisters in Palestine and around the world who are suffering. I ask that Allah accepts all of your Ibadah, Duas, and sacrifices. And may He allow this effort to live on, long after we are gone.
