Important Update: Strengthening the ADAMS Office of the Imam

This message is an important update for us all, and I appreciate your attention.

Our vision at ADAMS is to cultivate an American Muslim community that Allah is pleased with. This beautiful community of ours continues to grow and change over time. To support the community in a sustainable way and to continue spiritually nurturing a diverse community, the Board would like to announce a key change to the ADAMS Office of the Imam.

On January 26th, the Board of Trustees resolved on a new structure for the ADAMS Office of the Imam. This departmental reorganization is significant and represents a re-baselining of the role of the Imam at ADAMS to better serve the community consistently across all our locations, ensuring that we meet the community where you are. At the same time, we are introducing a path of career progression for the Imam. We aim to not only be a destination community that you are proud to be a part of, we also aspire to be a place where our spiritual leaders can intentionally thrive and grow alongside our community.

As we implement these changes, it is our hope that you will begin to see and experience the enhanced presence of Imams at each of our locations, along with more consistently scaled services across ADAMS inshaAllah.
