As-Salamu Alaikum warahmatu Allah wabarakatuh,
It has come to our attention that the security guards hired to ensure the safety of our community every Friday have been regularly met with hostility by some members, leading to their resignation. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
The security guards are appointed to provide safety and guidance, including managing parking and ensuring that the Friday prayer service proceeds smoothly. It is essential that they are treated with the respect they deserve.
As we head to Friday prayer, our actions should reflect the values of respect, humility, and kindness that are central to our faith . Remember your manners when coming to the masjid start from the way you park your car until you leave the house of Allah .
Let us all remember to act in a manner that fosters a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
