[IFNNEWS] Khutbah Synopsis: Healthy Aging, Patience, and Empathy

Here is a brief synopsis of my khutbah for tomorrow :

1. **6 Tips for Healthy Aging:**The purpose of healthy aging is to have the blessing of experiencing more Ramadans and Laylatul Qadr.

2. **Patience with the Elderly:**As our community ages, its important to show extra patience, especially with those suffering from dementia. They need our understanding and compassion.

3. **Empathy for Those Facing Hardship:**Lets remember those who, unlike us, may not have the opportunity to grow old in peace.
