IFN is looking for an Internal Auditor to help with auditing IFN finances, for up to 40 hours per quarter (pro bono or paid). See below the job description, and if you meet the listed criteria and would like to apply, please your resume to the BOT General Secretary at:

Qualification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Masters/Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

Time commitment: 32-40 hours per quarter (after quarterly accounting close)

Responsibility & Coverage: Will coordinate activities with the Treasurer and provide a quarterly report to the Finance Committee on review of a sample of the following activities (over an annual basis, not all activities to be covered each quarter) of Islamic Foundation North:

• Donations and membership fee receipts

• Tuition and other receipts

• Investment income

• Operating expenses including payroll tax payments

• Capital expenses

• Payments of restrictedfunds

• Bank reconciliations

• Journal entries

• Roll forward of restricted fund and equity accounts
