As this sacred month of Ramadan comes to an enda time of heightened prayer, generosity, and reflectionwe are reminded of the immense power of compassion. In the wake of the devastating LA wildfires, Methodist, Muslim, and Jewish congregations have opened their doors to one another, sharing worship spaces in a powerful display of unity and hope.
Their selfless collaboration is a beautiful reflection of the values we hold dear during this blessed month: mercy, compassion, and solidarity.
As we seek forgiveness and blessings in these final nights, let us also remember those in needboth in our prayers and through our actions. May the spirit of Ramadan inspire us to continue serving and supporting others.
