**Election Day is Here!

Islamic Center of Orlando encourages you to join your community and go vote.**

Assalamualaikum, 

It is Election Day today, November 5th. With the ongoing genocide in Palestine, participating in this election season is more vital than ever. 

Together, we can leverage our collective power by exercising our civic duty and going to vote. 

Each of us has a role to play in shaping the future of our community and of our country. Its time to make our voices heard, and contribute to the changes that we want to see. 

Its time to ensure that our voices are part of the conversation. Whether its for policies that affect Palestine, our schools, infrastructure, or healthcare, each vote counts and makes a difference.

You may not think that you will see immediate change, but we as Muslims know that Allah Most High says, When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, Be, and it is. (Quran, 2:117)

Your participation matters. 

May Allah (SWT) guide us all to make choices based on our values as Muslims, and to come together as an Ummah to do so.
