Eid Mubarak! Eid Salah Timings! Upcoming Events!

**The crescent for Dhul-Hijjah 1446/2025 has been sighted!

1st Day of Dhul-Hijjah: Wednesday, May 28th

Day of Arafah: Thursday, June 5th
Iftar will be served at ICO after Maghrib (8:24 PM) on this day

Eid Al-Adha: Friday, June 6th

Rasulullah said there are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah then these 10 days, meaning the first 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah

Rasulullah said fasting on the day of Arafah expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year**

**ICO Eid Ul-Adha Salah Timings:

Eid Ul-Adha 2025/1446 will be Friday, June 6th .

The first Eid Salah will be at 7 AM sharp led by Hafiz Mahfuz Rahman.

The second Eid Salah will be at 8 AM sharp led by Imam Tariq Rasheed.

Please arrive early, read the ICO parking guide, and follow the instructions of the Orange County Sheriffs and ICO parking volunteers.**

Join us for a Hands On Hajj Simulator - a meaningful, interactive experience where children ages 912 can explore the sacred journey and learn the steps of one of Islams five pillars.

Last day to register your kids is on June 10th. The age range for ICO Maktab Summer School is 6-18 and will be strictly enforced. We will not be able to take any students under the age of 6.**

**ICO is exited to share the carnival rides for our upcoming annual Eid Carnival on Saturday, June 14th, from 4 PM - 11 PM. Eid Carnival 2025 will feature firestorm, phantom revenge, tea cups, train ride, a petting zoo, bouncy houses, and an obstacle course.

A ticket to go on one ride once is $5.

A wrist band to go on all rides unlimited times is $30.

How to pay?

All carnival ride tickets or wrist bands will be sold via the masjid app on the day of the eid carnival at the sales booth.

In addition to these carnival rides, ICO Eid Carnival 2025 will also feature a bazaar with dozens of amazing food, drink, clothing, jewelry, henna/mehndi, and face painting vendors. All community members are invited to enjoin in the celebration and festivities with their family and friends!

**Attention all students and community members at large looking for community service/volunteer opportunities!

ICO is looking for volunteers (ages 16+) to serve at our upcoming annual Eid Carnival on Saturday, June 14th, from 4 PM - 11 PM at ICO (11543 Ruby Lake Rd). Volunteer tasks will include ushering guests, selling tickets, supervising carnival rides and lines, setting up, tearing down, cleaning, and more. More information is available in the volunteer registration form linked below.

All volunteers can receive up to 10 documented community service/volunteer hours for school/college (virtual orientation + 2 volunteer shifts). All interested volunteers must fill out the volunteer registration form linked below before 11:59 PM on Friday, June 6th and attend a mandatory 2 hour virtual orientation via Zoom on Saturday, June 7th, from 7 PM - 9 PM.

**ICO is pleased to announce the launch of the Jama Ansar Monthly Program: https://msjd.co/ansaar. This program is designed to allow our entire community to participate in sustaining the ICO Campus including our Beautiful New Masjid through regular monthly contributions from Community Members.
