As we continue to strengthen our organization and advance our mission, its time for our Board of Trustees and Executive Councils elections. We are excited to introduce our slate of nominees who have graciously offered their time and expertise to serve on our
Board of Trustees and Executive Councils.
In this email, you will find information about each nominee, including their backgrounds and visions for our organization and community. Your voice is crucial in this process,
and we encourage you to review the nominees carefully.
Your participation by voting in this election is highly encouraged.
The election will take place electronically via email and in-person,
and all members are invited to participate.
Detailed instructions on how to cast your vote are shared below.

The Voting Process
Voting will be conducted electronically In Sha Allah via email
from October 10th 6:00 PM to October 18th 6:00 PM.

Each member will receive a link and a unique access code/password to the email on record to submit their ballot. The email will be sent from [email protected] with the subject Vote now: Islamic Center of Nashville - ICN 2024 Election. Please make sure to add [email protected] to your safe address list or check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox by October 11th.

Click on the link in the email and enter the access code and password provided in the email to log in to view the ballot.

Make your selection for all the positions listed and submit your ballot.

You will receive an email with subject Submission confirmed: ICN 2024 Election with a confirmation code. No additional action is necessary.

In-Person Voting
The committee will also allow in-person voting for those members
who don't have emails on record with ICN.

12 South on Friday October 11th
&
Bellevue on Friday October 18th
- Please make sure to bring in a valid ID for identity check by the election committee.
- Once your identity is verified, you'll receive a link, an access code, and password which can be used to submit your ballot at the election booth in the Masjid or via your personal electronic device.
Results will be announced on
Sunday October 20th In Sha Allah.
