ICM 2025 GB Meeting & BOT Elections

Assalamu Alaikum!
An email titled Nomination of Trustees for ICM BOT Elections 2025 was recently sent to all voting-eligible members. If you did not receive this message, please ensure your membership is renewed by May 21 and contact us so we can verify and confirm your eligibility to vote in this years election.
InshaAllah, the 2025 ICM Annual General Body (AGB) Meeting and Board of Trustees (BOT) Election will take place on Saturday, June 21, at 10:00 AM in the ICM Gym. Your attendance and participation are essential to the continued growth and development of our community.
To proceed with the AGB Meeting, we must meet a quorum of at least 40% of voting-eligible members (those who have paid memberships for both 2024 and 2025). We kindly ask that you arrive on time to help us meet this requirement. If the quorum is not reached, the meeting will have to be rescheduled.
While all members of the community are welcome to attend, only current voting members will be eligible to vote in the BOT election.
