Topic: How to perform Salah correctly with a practical demonstration.
Focus: Teaching the correct method of praying while addressing common mistakes people make. A female scholar will be present for the sisters session and demonstration.

Immediate Job Opening Operations Manager
Indian Muslim Relief & Charities (IMRC) is a 43-year nonprofit 501(c)(3) located in Mountain View, CA 94043. We work with teams of volunteers across the US, and a network of 100+ organizations to provide emergency relief, educational assistance and healthcare to Muslims and minorities in India.
We have an opening for an Operations Manager to fulfill the following key responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of IMRC, including but not limited to:
- Staff supervision, workload management and of ALL HQ functions related to Finance, Marketing, Event Management, Donor Relations
- Ownership of all events (planning to execution and follow-thru) across the US
- Office management (Budget, IT systems, Supplies, Maintenance, Security)
- Donor relationship management (incoming and outgoing)
Enable nationwide volunteer recruitment, stewardship, engagement and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field. MBA Preferred.
- Five years of management experience with strong project management background
- Strong leadership, decision making, planning and organizational skills; solid presentation, negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution skills
Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

We have an opening for an Events/Marketing Manager to fulfill the following key responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics for a variety of events such as fundraising banquets, iftar dinners, donor events, speaker workshops, and community outreach events.
- Coordinate all logistics for all Major Conferences, incl. booths at ISNA/ICNA.
- Oversee all event logistics incl. securing event venues, catering, speakers, AV/Tech and other necessary vendors.
- Manage overall events budget and track expenses, ticket sales and reporting
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Travel to Major Conferences and US-based events as needed
Marketing & Communications:
- Assist in developing marketing materials for events, including event flyers, newsletter announcements, invitations and social media posts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- Past experience in event planning, marketing and communications required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

RAMADAN SERVICE OPPORTUNITY FOR MUSLIM STUDENTS/VOLUNTEERS
IMRC (Indian Muslim Relief and Charities) is a 43-year old organization based in Mountain View, CA providing Education, Healthcare, Orphan Support and Water Wells to Muslims in need in India. We have an exceptional Service Opportunity for Students/Volunteers in the Bay Area to be a part of this noble cause during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Help Needed
- 1. Set-up tabletop IMRC information counters at Bay Area Masajids before/after Jumma prayers, and before Taraveeh prayers at least twice a week during Ramadan; Hand out brochures and flyers; Provide verbal updates to interested people; Request scans of QR codes and/or fill out pledge forms. Specific Bay Area Masajids will be assigned to individuals/teams
- Where possible, talk for 3-5 minutes at least once a week during Ramadan before Taraveeh, after coordinating any needed permissions from Masjid management.
Free 1:1 Training and Materials will be provided for each student/volunteer
Need-based Token ex-gratia stipends may be provided
Requirements
1. Must possess a car and valid driving license; must be over 18 years of age
2. Commute allowance of 0.70 cents/mile per IRS 2025 rate, will be provided for travel to/from assigned Masajids in the Bay Area only on days when this help is provided.
In-person Interviews commence in early February. Selected students will be Trained and equipped with Materials by mid-February.

Together, we will practice proper pronunciation, elongations, and the essential etiquettes of a Muadhin. Youll receive real-time guidance and feedback to ensure your Adhan is delivered with clarity, beauty, and precision.
This workshop is for everyonewhether youve never called the Adhan before* or you already do but want to improve it.

The following services will still continue to be offered.
- The daily 5 times prayers
- Jumuah Salah
- The Fiqh and Tafsir class
- Community events will still continue in Masjid Zakariya in the ILM Academy classrooms and in the prayer halls(as appropriate).
