About the Hiring Process:

• Initial screening will be conducted by the ICEB President to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and job criteria.
• Final candidates will be interviewed by the ICEB Administration Team.
• Community needs and long-term goals will be considered carefully throughout the process.
