ICNA + IALFM Food Pantry Drive - See Updated List for this Month
IALFM has a standing collaboration with ICNA to contribute towards the ICNA Food Pantry drive. Please donate generously.

SPORTS ACTIVITIES IN MPH
Important: Sports activities are restricted before (10 mins), during & after (10 mins) prayers, halaqas and khatiras.
All of buildings and facilities were constructed for use of IALFM members and to meet the needs of our congregation by the grace of Allah SWT. Therefore, every facility is to be treated respectfully at all times. At no time are the buildings or facilities of IALFM to be used by persons or groups for any questionable activities. The MPH (Multi-Purpose Hall/Mens Prayer Hall), SPH (Sisters Prayer Hall) or Classrooms will not be available for use on Friday, Eid, or during Ramadan. When you see someone praying in the halls, please keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to distract them. Activities sponsored by IALFM will take precedence and priority. It is NOT allowed for an individual or a group to use the MPH (or any other room/space), unless permission has been obtained in advance from the IALFM Facility Committee.
Notification and Approval: All sports activities require either an email notification+approval sent to [email protected] or prior approval from the Facility Committee (with a notification in the FC WhatsApp group) to ensure there are no conflicts with planned IALFM activities.Fees for Sports Activities: A fee of $10/adult/day and $5/youth/day applies to all sports activities. Activities planned and approved by the Youth Committee are exempt from fees for participants. However, the fee for adults remains applicable in all cases.
Fee Cap for Groups: For groups with more than 10 participants, the maximum fee is capped at $100/day. For example: A group of 10 adults will pay $100/day. Similarly, 20 youth participants will pay $100/day, and any additional youth players will not incur further fees.
Indemnification Form: All participants must sign an indemnification form, available either as a printed copy in the office or electronically through the IALFM MPH resource. This fee structure does not apply to MPH use for non sports related activities and events.
Fees for Tournaments and Special Use (Training camps, etc.): Use of MPH facility for tournaments, training sessions and other similars activities will be assessed by the board and facility committee on a per use basis.
Facility Condition: Players must ensure the facility is left clean and in its original condition. Failure to do so will result in suspension from future use of the facility.
Liability for Damages: Any physical damage to the facility must be repaired by IALFM, with the responsible player(s) covering the repair costs.Payment Compliance: Players who fail to pay the required fees will not be allowed to participate in future games.

New Masjid Facility Use Requires Advance Approval
The BOD is requesting the community that anyone who wishes to use the big Multipurpose Hall at our new Masjid building, [please send an email to the Board and Facility Committee](mailto:[email protected]; [email protected]?subject=Event%20at%20MPH%20in%20New%20Masjid%20Building) to help facilitate the event. The facility cannot be used without prior approval & arrangements. Jazak Allah for your understanding & cooperation!
IALFM Items Available To Rent
IALFM community members can rent different items for their events. You will need to fill out the form (linked below) to rent any of the available items. The rental form must be completed & submitted before you pick up items that you intend to rent.

Important Guidelines:
1. Rental fee is for a 24-hour period (per day). Please return all items next day before 4pm.
2. Payment is due in advance. You can pay online via MOHID (credit/debit card, ACH), check or in cash (put it in Operations donation box).
3. Rental Form has a list of all items and rental rates, that are available to rent.
4. It is required to return the items in working condition. If there's any issue, you agree to replace such an item or pay the cost of replacement.
