[HIC] General Assembly and Elections on Jan 6 (Saturday)

Please remember that the General Assembly and Elections will take place this coming Saturday (January 6th), during our monthly potluck.
Voter Registration and Ballot Distribution will begin promptly at 4.30 PM. Pleasearrive on time so that we can stickto our planned schedule.

Additionally, please note that voter lists have been placed in both the men's and women's sides at HIC.If you do not wish to be a voting member, or if you think are a voting member and do not find your name on the list, or if there are any errors with the number of ballots you have been allotted, please email[email protected]
Keep in mind that it is difficult for HIC to keep track of the dependents for each family. If you think you have a family member who is eligible to vote, please let us know. You can find the necessary criteria in theHIC bylaws.
Finally, if you are unable to attend for any reason, please send in a proxy (form attached). This helps us to establish a quorum and saves us from having to waste time and resources holding another election.
