[HIC] Eid ul Fitre 2024 - April 10th (Wednesday)

Assalaamalaikum Dear Community Members!

We would like to announce that inshaAllahEid Al Fitrwill be onApril 10th, Wednesday. Please see details below:

• Eid prayer will be held atJaycee Building, which is located at 2180 Airport Road, SW; Huntsville, AL - 35802.
• Takbeer will start at 8:00 AM and Eid prayer will be at 8:30 AM. There will be NO Eid prayer at the Huntsville Islamic Center (HIC).
• The Zakat-al-Fitr amount this year is $15 per person.If you haven't already, please pay this amountbeforethe Eid prayer.
• Please bring your own prayer rugs and finger food items to share with the community (post prayers).
• We will have inflatables, goodie bags, train rides, and more. We will also acknowledge our first time fasters with prizes.
• The Jaycee facility is available for our use until 2:00 PM, which means we will need to leave the building by 1.30 PM at the latest.
• Please be mindful that we are renting the facility and as such, we request that community members please cleanup after themselves.

We ask Allah SWT to allow us to witness Laylatul Qadr, to accept from us, to forgive us, and to bless the entire Muslim ummah with peace and aafiyah. Aameen!
