Allah and His Angels Send Salawat

The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, exemplified the pinnacle of nobility and character. Chosen by Allah Almighty to deliver the merciful Qur'an to humanity, his unwavering dedication as a Messengerdespite facing immensehardships and profound personal lossesdemonstrated his relentless commitment to guiding all of creation toward the truth.

The Most Merciful also honored him with the tremendous gift of interceding on behalf of humanity on the Day of Judgment. We owe him an immense debt of gratitude. As Ibn al-Qayyim said, "If a servant were to send blessings upon the Prophet with every breath he takes, he would still nothave fulfilled the Prophet's right."

Sending salawat (peace and blessings) upon the Prophet is a simple yet immensely powerful act, laden with abundant blessings. Its significance is so exalted that our Almighty Creator Himself bestows this blessing upon our Beloved Prophet and commands us to follow:

"Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O believers, invoke Allahs blessings upon him and salute him with a worthy greeting of peace."

Quran 33:56

SubhanAllah, even the angelsperfect in their worship and obedience to Allahsend salawat upon the most noble ofcreation!

The angels that circle the earth also send our salawat directly to him in his grave (Nasa'i 1282). Imagine the honor of your salaam reaching the Prophet himself!
