It's simple. We need each other.

Support Our Work at Ibrahim Center

Dear Ibrahim Center Family,

Assalamu Alaykum,

This Ramadan, as hearts soften and turn toward Allah, we are reminded of a simple, yet profound truth: Home is Where the Heart is. Not just the walls that shelter us, but the spaces where love is felt, prayers are shared, and hearts are nourished. For so many of us, Ibrahim Center has become that home a place where we are seen, supported, and spiritually sustained.

During a recent Ramadan Reflection, Shaykh Hamza Yusuf reminded me that its love that got them there. These words, echoing the Hadith of our Beloved Prophet  You will be with those whom you love  anchor us in the reality that love is the engine of our faith. Love for Allah. Love for the Messenger . Love for community. And love expressed through service, sacred companionship, and a striving for excellence.

This year, Ibrahim Center has witnessed that love in action:

  • Families gathering for our Cohesive Retreat with open hands and open hearts.

  • Sisters singing and remembering Allah and our Beloved Nabi  together in our monthly Caravan.

  • Helping Hands serving quietly behind the scenes with dedication.

  • Children growing in faith and friendship, guided gently with Little Stewards.

As your Administrative Director, it is with deep gratitude that I say thank you. Your presence, your prayers, your generosity all of it builds this home.

We are currently halfway to our Ramadan goal of $350,000. With your continued support, we can sustain and expand the offerings that make our Center a refuge and a radiant light in Houston.

If Ibrahim Center has ever felt like home to you a place where your heart feels closer to its purpose we humbly ask that you give what you can, and share this campaign with those who may also want to support a community rooted in love and guided by prophetic light.

May Allah accept all your fasts, your duas, and your acts of service. And may we all be gathered, in this life and the next, with those we love.

With love and dua,
Melanie Meleekah Villegas
