AssalamualaikumDear Community Members,
Ramadanis almost here - just a few days away inshaAllah! As we all know, this blessedmonth is a time for strengthening our faith, improving our acts of worship, and building a sense of unity as an ummah. Alhamdulillah, our masjid plays a central role with regard to all these aspects. Therefore, we request that you take a few minutes to read through the HIC facility guidelines below and please put them in practice:
- We all love to see our young community members at the masjid and while we encourage them to come, please note that parents are responsible for their children AT ALL TIMES. Please do not leave your children unattended, whether in the building itself or outside.
- Please note that parents/guardians will be held accountable for any damage to masjid property caused by their dependents.
- During salah, children 6 years and younger are asked to stay with their mothers/female guardians in the Quiet Room (Women's Musalla).
- Be mindful of other people's worship and encourage children to be respectful as well.
- Please do NOT bring food and drinks into any prayer areas. Water is allowed (preferably, bring your own reusable bottles).
- Please make sure your phone is on silent during prayer times. If you need to take a call between prayers, please leave the musalla to do so.
- As much as possible, please do your part in keeping our masjid clean.
