[HIC] Important Update - Changes to Door Access at HIC

Assalaamu AlaikumDear Community Members,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve safety and accessibility at HIC, we have updated the access system to the masjid. Please take note of the following important changes:

• The masjid doors will now open 15 minutes before and remain open for 15 minutes after each prayer time.

• All previous access cards are now void and cannot be used to access HIC facilities.

• For scheduled events, the doors will be opened at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

• If you have a reservation for a private event, you will be contacted in advance with access instructions.

InshaAllah, we will be sending out a detailedemail soon with instructions for those who requirecontrolled access outside of scheduled prayer times and events.

We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as we transition to this updated system.
